every sorc hard stats tele other than a few niche builds. u have insight on swap, if u get caught with no tele u die.

glacial dmg is too low, and if a sorc wants to use an instant cast skill they use fireball, as its FAR more dmg. also fire mastery is better, as it adds dmg. cold mastery just reduces res, and people stack to beat that, plus duels in norm.

shiver armor can be nice, but usually people get it off of an insight, or ES prebuff orb.

glacial spikes is S tier in Pve, its just not usable in pvp. people also want +2 cold, fire, or light mod. instead of +1 sorc.

sure its damage may be lowed, idk about its hitbox.. therefor I asked here.

+2 cold would be level 30..? as I've understand people go lervel 28-29 EU and 30 NA..? for Eu duels it would be still good.

+2 cold is lvl 30. as far as i know every person makes lvl 30 regardless of realm.

fire resistance is more important than poison resistance because a 2 socket phase blade with two ist

does more damage than can be achieved by 20 fhr or +9 attack rating rings


these are well known secrets but we must not reveal them openly because a nice arrow bag (wind force?) only gives enough attack rating to destroy a Fury zerker when it is socketed with a (ist mal?) ber rune
