same base speed as on Stag Bow (=same ias frames)
on 5soc Stag Bow we have 15ed+ 5x 20ed/15max from jewels. To compare to this rare Short War Bow with 2x 20ed/15max it will be:
Stag Bow (7 - 12 damage * 115ed) + 65maxdmg = 15 - 90 damage
Short War Bow (6 - 14 damage * 123ed) + 44maxdmg = 12 - 73 damage
so Stag Bow will have more damage, but the question is, if lvl18 bowa will get cap higher ias frame with this 20ias bonus.
Ofc the more ed you have, rest of the gear's damage adds will be added to it.
* With non-ias bow you get 37ias frame = 10 ticks = 2,5atks per sec (Death Gloves 30, Armor 20)
* With 20ias bow you get 63ias frame = 9 ticks = 2,77atks per sec (Death Gloves 30, Armor 20, Bow 20)
This bow does less dmg, but will be a game changer by faster attacks
