Hey! I play SSF and want to build mosaic sin for the first time. Gear i plan to use, what i have:
Enigma
Griffon
Shadow dancer
Trang’s
Arach
Mara’s
Raven+ bul katos
Merc infinity

So it will be 65% fcr buiild, cause i don’t have fcr skill amulet.
The main question is about mosaic base. I have two plain greater talons and two +3 phoenix strike Scissors Quhab ( find weapon rack in KK). Should i place GT base in main hand and SQ in off hand? Two plain greater talon’s in both slots? Or 3 phoenix strike SQ in two slots? Realy confused with that. Thanks

btw, do you guys know if Mosaic sin can go pvp? I feel like it's so cool if Mosaic sin can go pvp.

It's absolutely no pvp build. You need a lot of hits to get the charges and even if you go act 2 to get the charges and then start to fight the enemy just have to tele for 10 seconds and your charges are gone.

I’ve seen it rarely used. But it’s just a bm build.
