I just checked and hailstone track doesn't exists. The only ones are Hailstone Blazer.

Hailstone Track is a set of war boots with 30frw/20fhr/13ish life/low cold lite fire.

Forgot if str or life, may of been 16str actually. I have a SS of them on an old PC but that's a deep quest. They are legit not duped I believe. Even if these aint what he is referring to, they did exist on east.
