I think everyone has range of 1

Weapon range adds on to it (1+n)

One big difference that nobody notice. But i got it. What 100 other jsp'rs couldn't figure out, but i could ^^ Because i'm working on a physical sort of necro right now, using scythe type, for the grim reaper look. So i learned about the scythe and the war scythe. There is a big difference except for the damage, called:

RANGE ADDER! ^^

Scythe, battle scythe and thresher all have only 1 range. That means almost zero range attack.

War scythe, grim scythe and giant thresher all have +4 rangeadder, meaning they can attack from a little distance. This gives merc shorter run time, n he hits more often with less work.

Big difference................................

Nice info! Thanks, I didn't know that.

Giant Thresher is rarer and technically better dmg albeit negligible - Giant Thresher wins for perfectionists without any contest.

In practice, there is zero noticeable difference.

If I needed any random insight/pride/infinity etc I wouldn't care which base I had, but if I was looking for a 100% perf stats runeword I would want it in GT between the two.
