orrrr.... it's just 3g of fat per spoonful shown, or whatever container it's from. Doesn't really matter when it's just a generalization to know which type of yogurt is better for your needs. We're not being shown brands or anything. so those aren't going to be exact numbers.

It's based on the serving size and or container.
