And ability to see min/max Rolls on affixes...

Self-found mode is all that needs to be said.

ssf on the list (as ladder option/items merge to normal after)
It would make the leaderboards actually compelling to look at/a true competition.
You can't pickup anything that was picked up by someone else is how I would program it.

Not a temp recommendation but permanent, give console players a way to use console commands for offline and make the targeting less garbage somehow.

I tried the pc version that is effectively xbox's and it's not too bad, but it's certainly not made for pvp/odd builds or precise teleporting (hammerdins, I suppose is a good example).
