Got any plans etc?

Ill try to do less caffeine and go for walks more

My back is a bit hurt which makes it harder and the weather isnt ideal to motivate so ill try to build the habit up with 2k steps a day, 3k ideally but even that might be a bit too much right now

Try to pick up guided meditation habit back, with caffeine it has been harder

Spend more time with fam

Therapy x2 and some other mental health co. stuff

Start making food again at home

It's work for the foreseeable future.
Probably till I take another vacation in FEB

Im going to the US of A next week for my vacation, if you've heard of that place?

It's home, Probably Vegas again. We had a good time a couple weeks ago.
Best vacay we've taken in awhile.

My daughter has a field trip this week, that should be fun.
A late Halloween party a week from today

Only FMLA and I had to use my PTO hours first so I had enough PTO for 3 weeks. I work from home/remote anyways so it's not too bad and I'll be on FMLA for 12 weeks so if I need to use a day for anything I can. Pat leave would've been nice though haha.
