im not sure nicotine is that bad for you in its pure form in moderate doses, then again i might be self-justifying my 4mg nicotine replacement pouch habit

i dont think they should be illegal but proper care to help come clean if they have problem and easier access and less stigmatized mental health and therapy help for poorer too

i got up to 16mgs non-stop throughout the day but found out these 4mg nicotine replacement pouches are less habit forming and i need maybe just 5 a day
if i go out or special occasion 8mg seems fine for it
