"It"?

Haven't watched it, however your comment "definitely a little creepy" made me post... "creepy" in what way? Scary? maybe something similar to have all types of insects crawling over your body but you can not move and they get in places (or burrow into your flesh) as you are lying there and feeling every sensation?

Is it goosebumps? shivers? numbness? or shocking?

EDIT: oh by the way, the insects burrowing into your flesh are not eating you, they are moving around inside of you and you can feel them as well as those insects all over your body and entering your nostrils, ears and other crevices... what are they doing in their journey to your world (body) that can not move but only feel everything ... "open for interpretation and whatever fear is left, even though I said the burrowers weren't eating you, what comes to mind? laying eggs and the lava finds you to be great food?

Still feeling pretty meh after two episodes. Don’t care about any of the characters and there is only 1 storyline that is genuinely interesting to me (the military one)

I think the “woke nonsense” crowd is generally really stupid but they might have a legitimate case for this show. Racial injustice is focused on more than anything else. Every single storyline is interwoven with it to an extreme degree and it is featured more than anything about the title character of the show. There is an evil clown demon murdering and eating children and they decided that should take a backseat and be the second biggest issue in the show

Aside from that the appearances of pennywise don’t really seem to serve any purpose other than being obligatory because of what the show is called. Random appearances just to be scary are fine for movies but they feel out of place in a show that’s supposed to be crafting some sort of cohesive storyline
