Tbh this puts it in perspective the most. Prime Fedor would be the best scenario to beat Jon jones. Im not saying he would win but heavy hands are jones kryptonite and no1 jones fought has the same energy

Fedor was a legend during his prime. No one came even close.
But to be fair, compared to MMA fighters nowadays, he is at best in top 10.

Cain, Ngannou, JBJ, DC, aspinall, gane would all destroy him.

But you know its very unfair to do cross generational comparison since technology is so advanced these days.

With the exception of DC, these guys are all legit HWs in size.

By modern standards, Fedor would be a chubby MW.

But who knows, maybe that bit of blubber somehow gave him an edge.

His management was the undisputed greatest at ducking the best fighters (at the time)
