I usually get to work at least 30 minutes early everyday! I like to dress incognito so the greeters at Walmart don't recognize me and I can check in and see if they're doing their jobs properly! Today, some of the best greeters in the company are working the doors so I don't have much to worry about! It should be a smooth transition into my shift!

I'm about to start my shift in 20 minutes!

We have kind of a fun way of switching out! After I clock in (for example) I'll go to the greeter that's been watching my door for the night and I'll do a hand tag and say, "Tag you're free!" And the person guarding my door will say, "Tag you're it!"

We think it's important to have fun and joke around like that at work because it helps us foster a pleasant and healthy work environment!

How early do you all go to work before your shift?

I get to work 15-20 mins early cause I’m a good boy

If I were working a traditional job I usually aimed for fifteen minutes early or so in case of traffic but now, ya know, whenever I feel like painting
