Going to vouch quote the list

Frieren: Beyond Journey's End - 👍
Hunter x Hunter - Love this one
Attack on Titan - Original, but not my favorite
My Home Hero - OMG yes LOL they did a Live action as wel
Dr. Stone - I dropped this after season 2
GO! GO! Loser Ranger! - Wife is a big fan of this
Ron Kamonohashi's Forbidden Deductions - Did like this for a detective type anime
The Apothecary Diaries Enjoyed this ❤️
SPY x FAMILY - Something tells me you'd like Anya, Noel
The Wrong Way to Use Healing Magic - Not Bad
That Time I Got Reincarnated as a Slime - Dropped after last season for it slowing down and staying in the room, dragging ass. Might try again.
7th Time Loop: The Villainess Enjoys a Carefree Life Married to Her Worst Enemy! - Wife likes
Campfire Cooking in Another World with my Absurd Skill - Have this on watchlist

Ones I took out I haven't watched.

I don't know which part you liked about Black Butler, since it's unique and original in its own way.

Berserk
Higusrahi - When they Cry
Kingsgame
Death Parade
Platinum End
Blue Exorcist
Kingdom (First 2 seasons are ass CGI, but they just now are releasing the 6th season)
FMA
Black Clover
Ossen Newbie Adventurer
Great Teacher Onizuka

I am just throwing random ones out, if you want more gore there are others for that, if you want more slice of life or relashiip building type animes, plenty of those. If you like Isekai or "another world" there are a dictionary thick list of those but only a select are good imo

Garden of Sinners was also good, but it's one of those which you might have to rewatch in a certain order to understand the complexity. The movies are not in chronological order, good watch either way though

Many anime/manga lovers here

Definitely going to save the list, I have been reading a couple Manga on Manga UP after I caught up on Black Butler

I finished

From the Red Fog (really enjoyed)
Currently reading

Exquisite Blood: The Heretic Onmyoji and it's pretty solid

Has given you an abundance of anime that you can watch to last you a few years. I have watched Black Butler and enjoyed it (I am not a reader of Manga) based on my daughters opinion years ago, the graphics of course are old school in comparison to these days, however the show is still going on... think the latest one just came out last year, haven't watched them yet.

There are a few I could add in, however I was shocked none of them mentioned OverLord, Kinemitsu (spelling) the Demon Hunter or Golden Kamuy... there are others, oh, by the way, the suggestion:

"Reincarnated as a Spider, So what..." isn't that great, you have to have some patience to get over the over acting in it (well comments). Just my personal opinion, to be honest, it could have been done better since the story line is decent enough for a 2nd season or more.

There are others like the 8th son or 7th son, and no one mentioned the 7 deadly sins etc.

But like I stated, you have more than enough to watch and catch up on, note, I don't read Manga, so some of the anime may not be to your liking.

Your Genre is more psychological and delves into killing ... like assassination type where the assassin works out their aptitude to killing and how it came about?

There are older anime that yields the same assets... however, it is all assassination type anime.
