Thunder win 125-124 in Double Overtime. Jabari Smith Jr. had a shot to win at the buzzer but missed.

Great game. But I really wanted the Rockets win that game. Not having a veteran point guard hurt in key moments.

Reed Sheppard made a careless pass for a turnover in the second overtime. A veteran point guard likely guides Houston to a win. Fred VanVleet would've been calm and cool under pressure. I'm not sure how we can replace his leadership. We'll have to see which veteran point guard becomes available via trade later in the season. Maybe somebody good becomes available.

All that length and size the Rockets have. They still couldn't block SGA's shot over several key possessions.
Kevin Durant fouled out giving SGA the two winning free throws in the 2nd Overtime. That close to a win.

What you want is to play disciplined defense. Amen Thompson could've blocked SGA on his regulation jumper.
But SGA is so quick and elusive. All he needs is that little opening. Not everybody is a prime Hakeem Olajuwon.

Olajuwon was such an elite shot blocker. Even against quicker guards. He always had the quickness, athleticism and size to regroup and still block a shot. It takes that type of special player to win an NBA Title. It's why the Houston Rockets haven't won an NBA Finals since they won back-to-back Titles in 1994 and 1995 with Hakeem Olajuwon.

This year's Rockets team will be in the mix. One of the four or five teams with the best chance to win the 2026 NBA Finals. Need that veteran point guard!

I could've really used a Houston Rockets win tonight especially after the Houston Texans lost last night.
I'm too tired to grind on Hardcore Ladder Slasher and it's become more difficult to make any Forum Gold.

People aren't buying the easy items anymore. They only want the elite items. I can only find every six months.
I can't reach 250 Forum Gold as often anymore. Betting on the WTA would cheer me up but I can't even do that.

A lot of times I stay up until 4 or 5 AM watching women's Tennis. It's the only thing giving me some joy and comfort. It helps me relax.

My keyboard and mouse aren't working. I need to buy a new one on Amazon Prime. A second stray cat I took in meows too much.
I can't relax. I'm losing my mind. LOL. I don't know anymore guys. I love all of you. I still enjoy D2jsp. But somethings gotta give.

Enjoy the 2025-2026 NBA season guys. Maybe your team will win the 2026 NBA Finals. I waited since 1995 for the Rockets to win it again.
