i know they sleep on the floor in korea

but i just spent some $ on a bed+base setup (about $8k)

the base is adjustable so you can raise head/legs etc. thought it would be a gimmick but its been interesting so far

was more than i was planning on spending, but id been at it so long i said fuck it. feels nice to throw money at your problems. its been comfy so far (2 weeks in), hope it stays that way

now i need to figure out a new pillow


anyhow enough about me. hows your bed set up? fairly new, or 40 yr old hand me down? custom af? stone bed from korea? sleep on moms couch? basically bedless? lets chat generally

brand new casper cooling bed, I enjoy it but it is heavy as fuck so changing fitted is annoying

I would love the inclined head but not enough to spend $$ on a mechanical frame... wedge pillow does the trick + doubles as couples fixture

You spend a lot of time in bed I think it's a solid investment and proper adulting

I have a simple bed base that someone gave me. I threw away the mattress replaced it with a cheap foam matress. Put some extra slats (might change to a sheet of plywood later) as i only like hard beds. Added a headboard and a footer to prevent the foam mattress sliding when I sit up.

Egyptian cotton sheets, goose down duvet when it gets cold, high quality pillows. I sleep like a baby
