Im a big fan of avocados that i even put them in my burgers
Same, i think an avocado has a better milky flavor than milk these days. i pair it with horse radish leaves instead of lettuce or spinach.
in general fat cravings are what your body needs. good fats(they call it brown fat) are the key.
we live in a culture of fat shaming(due to visceral fat) and muscle promoting(synthetic steroids) when in actuality the standard use to be voluptuous in body weight.
your brain is almost all fat dependent. think about that. walnut.
healthy fat keeps in warmth during cold climates and protects from harmful energies as well.
