Was the change in D2R that the only claw speed that matters is glove side now?

For whirlwind: each individual claw ias and wsm + any ias from non weapons will apply to both claws

Traps: only main hand ias and wsm + any non weapon ias

Offhand doesn’t do anything anymore for traps
