I’ve attempted to set the email in channel chat and also in game. Every link I receive prompts me to this error. Is there anyway remedy for this these days?

Update: when logging in, green message appears suggesting to set email. Doesn’t “*****” hidden email as it normal would when one is set. After resubmitting an email ad instructed, it says “Email already set”. I’m confused.

yes this is real, if you are linking an email you need to do it under 3-5 minutes. i verify a d2 account and instantly jump into the email so i can catch the email before it expires.

If you registered your account to do a name changes, it will not work anymore. Its a game glitch
The only way to do name changes, are if you registered the e-mail when first creating your account. If you used the channel command to add e-mail after registering its too late

Either create another account, or expire it and re-create using e-mail when creation prompt. Opening a request on tech support will not fix it (its been like that for a while and they don't care)

blizzzard needs to get its shit together. the request timed out so you will have issues resending for a new request - and this wont work. i have not found a work around other then doing it super fast and correctly the first time.

have d2 in -w (window mode) just pop into the email and bam bam bam authenticate the email.

this is a east problem at the moment, since name creation bug hasn't been fixed.
