edits in the video clip (which means its fake?). i try to explain as best as i can. you have to focus on the scissors (not the scissors he is using) in the back ground upper right hand corner. they are floating there on a lanyard. important part is they float stationary. there are other things going on in video but for this i am just focusing on the scissors.
when the scissors jump/change position that is a edit. vid is heavily edited. what/how/why do you think its like this.

under the assumption the vid is faked that wouldnt necessarily mean anything about the iss
but since you brought it up? have you seen the iss your self?
