Yeah. I mean, I dont care about religion for myself, but I certainly think its an interesting topic. Thats why I posted.
What would christian content be?

Sure, but the bible is a public source anyways. How would the bible create any topics apart from people disagreeing on it? Isnt the bible a very personal experience for everyone? At least thats what religious people usually tell me.

The two things that I personally find interesting about the bible (and other religious scripture) are two questions:

Could this realistically be true stories to some extent and whats the purpose of all things and also the purpose of god anyways? Does objetive purpose even exist? And so on.
I think the bible and religion as a whole are highly philosophical topics and therefor very, very interesting to talk and think about.

So from that perspective more christian/religious content would be appreciated by me as well.

your questions are curious, bringing me into uncharted territory?

(others agreeing on it) Christian Fellowship https://forums.d2jsp.org/forum.php?f=125 they agree on it and have topics)
(it certainly has been for me)

(biblical stories are hotly contended, best way to progress is to pick one and we can talk about it. you pick one and i will pick one)
(for starters if you are talking about the creator God of the bible it is a capital "G" God be mindful when a word is capitalized or not. this escapes most people. its also a indicator.)
("objective purpose"? i would suggest finding salvation is the objective purpose?)

I think the bible and religion as a whole are highly philosophical topics and therefor very, very interesting to talk and think about.
(The Bible ia a collection of 66 books written by 40 different authors over a period of about 1500 years in 3 different languages, on 3 different continents. from a kings throne to a prison cell who never knew each other, with no historical errors or contradictions. common theme of God’s universal love for all of humanity and a common message- salvation is available to all who repent of their sins and commit to following God with all of their heart, soul, mind and strength.
there is no other collection of works like it nothing even comes close.)

So from that perspective more christian/religious content would be appreciated by me as well.

(i think you have found the right thread :)

So without trying to provoke or trying to be offensive, the Christian Fellowship forum seems more like a circle jerk of over the top christians to me. So thats definitely not for me.

I'd like to talk in a more objective way about the topic, if you dont mind.

Let me ask you a few questions if you dont mind. One by one. Also questions for everyone else, not just you.

What makes you believe that the christian god is a real existing entity?

its God :) capital G

read the word, understand the word, test the word, the word holds up, faith begins. (it seems to me to understand the word one needs a basic honesty to want to understand the word?)
faith is a simple word. the enemies will try to complicate it. it simply means trust.

my turn-
creation is the better explanation for life (living systems). i bring a claim, "science is harmonious with scripture". 'science hasnt the foggiest idea how life could be the product of some kind of accidental process. and if science cant explain it, by definition that makes a thing super natural.
SUPERNATURAL | English meaning - Cambridge Dictionary
Supernatural means caused by forces that cannot be explained by science, or things that cannot be explained by science.

i suggest this book Josh McDowell’s “Evidence That Demands a Verdict”
my memory he went studying the scriptures to prove christianity false. he then became one. thats not that uncommon

how do you come to the conclusion of "bible alone"? what's your normative authority aka how do you know your interpretation of the bible is correct?

sorry about being late answering. sometimes i find it is best to think about something before answering.
sola scriptora is a ancient concept brought about by conflict in church practices.
a lot of organized religion seem to practice a lot of things not found in scripture. i couldnt come to terms with that. so adopting that philosophy just came natural
some say correct interpretation of scripture is a super natural thing. so many things i have witnessed i am forced to believe thats a true statement

the concept.
scripture proves scripture. part of this is keeping scripture in context. (enemies of the word will take things out of context and lie about what it means)
scripture comparing scripture through out the book brings clarification of scripture.

according to the word belief is by faith which is just another word for trust. whats funny about this is everyone believes by faith(trust). its only in scripture that admits it though.

what most people seem to not talk about is how faith (trust) is built. the enemies lie about this continuously.
faith(trust) is built by the study of the word. the word holds up and faith(trust) builds.
my deliverance from alcohol, how can i not have faith? that was more done in my life than every other experience.
