Best course of action here is to block and ignore.
If the user continues you can gather all pms/screenshots and send them to the correct staff member.
But again best bet is to report. Block. And ignore
Responding can just cause more problems.

Hope this helps.

Thank you HereComesTheKraken. Actually Yes i often ignore and block - even as you seen in the dialogue, at first I tried to explain, but as you can see, it is impossible to communicate. However, some of the words used are literally crimes under international law.

However is it allowed to in the forum?

“You are an idiot. By far the biggest jew bag on this site I’ve seen.”
“I’m just calling you out for being a dirty jewbag.”

These are antisemitic slurs, which constitute hate speech in many countries (including the EU, UK, Canada, and parts of the U.S.).
Under international human rights law, particularly Article 20(2) of the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights (ICCPR), advocacy of religious or ethnic hatred that constitutes incitement to discrimination or hostility is prohibited by law.
In Germany, France, UK, Canada, and Australia, this would likely fall under criminal hate-speech statutes.
On most platforms, this is also an immediate cause for account suspension or permanent ban.

“You are an idiot.”
“You can’t report a PM you fing retard.”
“Just remember you are a fing leach to this community.”
“Get your f***ing head out of your own ass.”

This constitutes targeted harassment, personal insults, and abusive language.
While typically not criminal on its own, it violates platform harassment policies and may amount to cyberbullying or online harassment under local laws (UK: Malicious Communications Act 1988, Communications Act 2003; in Canada: Criminal Code s. 264.1).
Repeated use of obscene language and intimidation may also meet the threshold for defamation or emotional distress, depending on jurisdiction.

I definitely understand.
So in that case like I stated before gather all evidence and pm it to the correct staff member.
And always remember just because you don't see action being taken doesn't mean it isn't happening.

Other than that all you can do is report. Block. Ignore. And move on.
Any other questions feel free to reach out.

We don’t moderate users PM’s, that’s why you have the block feature in your PM’s. If there are public posts on the forums you can report those posts to the appropriate group.
