According to Christian beliefs, all he had to do was accept Jesus Christ as his lord and savior and he has a spot in heaven waiting for him. Pretty wild, eh?

That isn't how it works, redemption comes through actually believing that what you did was a vile sin and asking for redemption. But that is only spiritual forgiveness, not in the world of man.

For obvious reasons. I think he was still acting egotistical and at one point rumors circulated that he was having young women come visit him on a regular basis and was even seen holding hands and kissing one. Could have triggered some of the other lifers. He was still getting a ton of fanmail even behind bars from young women.

I'm sure the meth use and rockstar status played into him believing he was some sort of god and did nothing more to inflate his already massive ego. I honestly find it difficult to believe he was one of those so called neurological predetermined in the womb pedophiles who discover their sexual orientation at ages 13-17. I think he was something along the lines of someone who just wanted to keep pushing the edge as far as he could. This makes no real difference in the outcomes of his actions and the public eye but yeah.

Or maybe there was something in him that he was masking all along. Who knows really.

He was a nacrissistic sadist for sure though. His sexuality was about ownership, humiliation, manipulation, domination and self grandeur.
