Yes you're absolutely right about that! I just gotta get my mind and my body settled down enough to where I can follow through with that! These days I have the attention span of a gnat! :lol:


Are you doing things already that helps your body to settle down?
Some stuff that helps me:
Switching to listening to comedy podcasts in the evening 1-2h hours before going to sleep. Winds me down and is not too stimulating
Ramping stimulation down during evening before that to things that arent too stimulating
Lessening multitasking like listening to music while doing things
Black out curtains in bedroom
Cutting or lessening caffeine
Cutting down highly stimulating entertainment
Asking yourself what would make me truly more at ease atm?
If it was easy to make me calmer atm what would it look like?
Positive thinking: What is good in your life atm? What is something nice and healthy you have done recently? What are things you look forward in future? I like to do these in the evening

Well, it's actually not really my therapist's fault! It's more my fault! Or my anxieties fault I should say! The therapist gives me good advice, but I have a hard time applying that advice to my life! I definitely want to try the ketamine therapy though! I've just heard that.It's like four hundred dollars a session! I can probably handle about one session financially lol! :)


Therapist... one thing I've considered doing but ultimately decided not to. Aside from things not meant naturally such as psychosis and other similar ailments the diversity of thought is what makes humanity strong.

It's not about not having a diversity of thought, it's about finding ways to make sure your emotions are in check and helping you find outlets and ways to address the anxiety

I don't have a therapist but I have severe anxiety disorder like wraps and seeing a therapist helps with adjusting to the things you have no control over and honestly I've heard really good results from friends.

Meditation is also dope if you've never tried

I can barely function! I worked today for about an hour and came right back home and passed out! Fun stuff man! :)

I'm sorry for not replying to everybody! I appreciate everybody's posts though and I did read them all! I just don't have the strength! I barely have the strength to make this post! I'm on my way shortly to go see an in person psychiatrist! Maybe they can make the darkness go away and make me sane again! Either that or they'll load me down so hard with drugs that I won't even be able to think anymore! :)

To anyone wondering what happened to the old wraps, he died holding his Dad's hand as he watched the lights go out in his eyes! :(

I haven't been the same since and I probably will never be the same! In a way that's a good thing! It's freeing! The old wraps put on a fake smile and performed for the world! The person i've become, is the real wraps! Not even wraps, PsychoticGore! A fucked up individual! Smashed into a billion pieces and spread all over the earth! :(

But God will put me together again in His perfect timing if that's in His will! :love:
