When it comes to support for a protracted land war yes, they have.
Best example is artillery and shells. First the former Warsaw Pact countries sent all of their old Soviet stocks to Ukraine and it was a lot. Then NATO countries all sent 155 mm guns and shells with some countries cleaning out their entire inventory.
Then NATO sourced shells from where ever they could find them. The US sent shells from their stockpiles in Israel and South Korea. NATO allies like Japan and South Korea were pressured to send shells from their own stockpiles.
