Honestly you can play almost any build out there through T2 so long as you use your tempers and consume your Obducites 4/8 and then 8/8 without trying to min/max each slot first.

This season, the chaos items made tons of builds really good early game up to T3.

Upheaval barb is the goto barb leveling build. Look it up st maxroll.
