To be fair PARD is overwhelmingly conservative. If you’re asking questions expecting liberals to answer on PARD, you’re likely to hear crickets simply because the people you’re asking questions of don’t visit jsp’s PARD.

Nationalizing healthcare from the bottom to the top, taking over all R&D, pharma production, putting doctors and nurses and surgeons on a federal payroll and eliminating private insurance.
Actually enforcing protections of civil liberties and taking power away from judges and bureaucracies that have nullified constitutional rights.
Breaking up anticompetitive monopolies, particularly in tech and emerging industries like social media and AI, forcing companies to break apart and/or open up their APIs and be cross platform
Ending foreign entanglements that have been counterproductive to american interests while getting people killed overseas- ending support for actual Nazis, brokering peace deals in Israel and Ukraine and Iran, and not starting yet another pointless war like Afghan, Iraq, Syria, Ukraine, etc
Bringing American blue collar jobs like manufacturing back from overseas with a combination of protectionism and aggressive geopolitical pressure so we can be economic bullies instead of military bullies and rebuild the hollowed out middle class
Enforce the gun laws we have on the books and lock up gang members and drug dealers so inner cities can stop their doom cycle into welfare dependency and instead be uplifted with education access like the ability for black parents to bus their kids to white suburban schools.

how would you deal with nurse and doctor unions when nationalized health care causes massive layoffs in the industry once much of the profit is removed? we cant even automate shipping ports cuz of unions.

It would cause much worse than just massive layoffs, it would drastically cut their pay.
You can't reduce the cost of healthcare in America without slashing who is profiteering from its insanely inflated current state.
Nurse practitioners make an average $132,000. Doctors earn an average $375,000. Surgeons an average $450,000 and up to $750,000 for neurosurgeons.
The fact is that of the $5 trillion in healthcare spending, about 56% of it goes to hospitals, nurses, physicians, nursing homes, etc. Only 9% is pharma and 6% insurance overhead, about matching government bureaucratic costs.

Crushing the nurses and doctors is probably the #1 priority if we actually want to make healthcare affordable in America. Nationalizing pharma and eliminating insurance is a sidequest by comparison.

Here is what "the left" wants and the "right" is against.

1. Universal healthcare. Insurance providers made a whopping $77 BILLION in profit in 2024. No, we don't want free healthcare for undocumented immigrants. This is some sad Faux News talking point that literally only puppets can talk about.
2. Gun REFORM. I own guns. We just want it so you can't get an AR15 in 15 minutes (This literally happened to me when I was buying mine). A little more diligence when doing background checks would literally hurt no one.
3. Green energy. Why tf would you rely solely on a finite resource? BUH BUH BUH GREEEN ENERGY BAD!!! While you simultaneously use rechargeable phones, flashlights, battery packs, etc.
4. Epstein files. Repubs continue to shut govt down because they don't want the release.
5. Infrastructure... Roads and community need to be maintained and cleaned up.
6. Higher wages. The literal minimum wage is 7.25 from 2009.
7. Tax billionaires. You won't ever be one. Get over it.
8. Equality. Seems this admin is doing everything they can to ensure only white people are in charge and have opportunity (I am white).
9. No kings. "Ohhhh noooo bad antifa!"
