As I got older my tongue is getting more sensitive to very spicy :(

Gotta keep the hot sauces on the medium side

I made my own hot sauce last year but this season I didnt get to grow any peppers or tomatoes :(

Ugh that sucks. My husband is always looking for spicier and spicier and there's no planet I can keep up lol

I put my heat tolerance to about a Wendy's Spicy Chicken Sammy lol
