42 ias vs no slow
or 46 if using dtalon
But it’s not worth having a different setup for the above, there’s not really other good options than 15/15 jewels… so just build as if you would always need to go against 10% slow.
63 ias vs 10% slow from arach (most melee chars)
or 68 if using dtalon
So a 70 ias GT is perfect
And then, if you want to counter the capped 50% slow by things like clay golem, decrep or holy freeze, then in those situations you can get the equivalent 50 Eias from lvl 15+ BoS.
Unless it’s a poison necro, you don’t need fade at all, so BoS is a good option vs bone (when you don’t need the res/dr)
