Price point was fantastic, and was the first game I actually finished in a long time. Showed the world what a small group of people can do and spit in the face of AAA developers.
There's not a game up there that caused near of a shockwave.
Story was good, combat was fun, I loved the combination of old school JRPG with live elements.
Really felt like I was dabbling in what a modern Final Fantasy should be.
Audibly said "wtf" at any switch exclusive being up there.
That game had a very big year imo the only contender would be silksong. Both games are very loved so the winner will probably be assassins creed shadows.
