if they reengineer a dehumidifier to produce water faster mount that device in a tanker to refill the water on a remote location. and have a light weight backpack that fills itself with this device can constantly spray a jet of water

or come up with some cool ways to have liquid expand or a gas to liquid when it hits air use that stuff for air drops like takeing a bucket full and it expands into the size of a pool of water as it falls

come on fire fighters lets get some modern ways to fight fires
to many animals and people are killed or displaced because we need a way to stop fires from spreading

anyone els got any ideas to help stop big fires from spreading ?

Depends on how hot the fire gets. Even if you could throw large amounts of water on it it generally evaporates by the time it hits the ground.

The best thing you can do is put fire brakes between forests, these can be in forms of open fields, water reservoirs, or planting things that are naturally fire resistant.

If you are talking about your own house then having a water tank and a pump ready to go, maybe install a sprinkler system like they do in any commercial settings if you are paranoid.
