she would go out in the jungle. hang out near wild chimps till they accepted her. then they would hang out together. at the time i dont think anyone thought that was possible?
there was another woman, dian fossey? did the same thing with gorillas. gorillas supposed to be pretty gentle creatures. chimp can be dangerous by comparison
