PaRD gets people very emotional one way or another typically

10% or more and you get locked out of PaRD

Just follow the rules it's not that hard

I mean I've gotten a 10% once in over a decade and I worked for it.
I've easily not gotten one in the last decade

when you wont admit that there is something wrong with how the 10% is played then its obvious what side of the pard isle your on
