3rd prefix are a T4 flat phys dmg ( 16 to 26 )

23% atack speed fractured( bad Lucky maybe)
Atacks fires 2 Arrow more
+3,79 to critical chance

remember levels of the mods i.e 82 vs 80 mod level far as the mod itself, not only t1 or t2 or t3 matters in whittling will get hit by that method, you would probably get more reponses in the proper category with this question. gl hf - edit also did you ever desecrate accuracy to block other mods
