what steps should I take next in crafting these bows?

I think I'm supposed to fracture, but I'm new and not 100% sure how to even do it.

Any help is greatly appreciated!

Well, fracture requires 4 modifiers, now if you did want to fracture one of these mods (I wouldnt personally) you would need to add a modifier, then use a jawbone (fracture can't hit the jawbone modifier). That would give you a 1 in 3 to hit the crit instead of a one in 4.

Ilevel does matter if you want +2 arrows for example (ilevel 82) If you want some crafting help hmu Ill send you my discord and I'll walk you through the basics of craft of exile.
