You could get 1x bonus dmg if you swap to melee weapon while an arrow is mid flight

Not that it would be great, but...
you could use something like Doom on swap, for 50% slow form holy freeze and an extra 25% OW to your arrows (ideal vs melee)
or dweb facet (ideal vs casters)
and pair it with either:
SS (to be ultra tanky vs melee after landing a hit)
swordback hold (another 50% OW)
4 facet shield (-psn res from items is lowering the -psn length other players may have)
or vs elemental dmg, a JmoS with stacked res and/or max res of each element

You could play it with lvl 23 multi arrow after +skills, 1 hard point in guided arrow
no need to try to push your phys dmg, it will be shit.
But dump all pts in passive skills

matri faith lvl 14-15 fana needs 45 ias on gear to reach 7fpa
3os/30frw circ, with 3x 15ias/15res

That's about the best you can get with that kind of strategy... but anyone can just fill his belt with antidotes and laugh of you
vs lower hp opponents, OW's dmg alone can still be potent enough tho, when you play extremely defensively with a tank setup
but they'll probably just go to town and accuse you of BM'ing :p
