10 (amu) + 20 (circ) + 20 (gloves) + 10 (ring) + 10 (ring) + 35 (spirit) + 20 (arch) for 125 fcr in this kind of setup and thats not counting wand, so you can mix up quite a lot without having to worry about fcr.

i'd say it's worth at least 300 - 500fg, considering Nec is one of the classes that has the lowest BP requirement for fcr.
