I have a few veterans friends that have a real support animal and they get judged for them , because of the amount of fake ones out there.

My dad flys with his "support dogs" all the time.

All he did was buy a certificate off Amazon lol

It's a damn shame, the real support animals are an amazing resource for those who need them.

I call my pets mine jokingly but I own my home and I don't take them to stores or anything so I don't have any paperwork or anything lol

I mean, according to the ADA you can only ask if it is a service dog and what they do.
But they don't include emotional support animals but still it's like... How dare you make the mistake and get in actual trouble with PETA.

Dont need one I support myself.

I tell my dogs are my support animal as well, I don't that people do it in side of there homes, but issue is the fakes like I said, just print off some bs

worked with a guy for a little while who had a brain injury.

he had an emotional support human that would hang out with him a couple times a week to keep him on task.

i was kinda jealous. having someone follow you around telling you what a good job you are doing seems nice.

Did you want me to tell your doing a good job every once a awhile?
