The gunman opened fire on a van unloading detainees, striking no ICE officers, killing one detainee and wounding 2 others, in a truly botched terrorist attack. Reminds me of the antifa gunman van spronsen, who died in a shootout while trying to blow up gas tanks next to an ICE facility years ago with 2000 migrants inside (gee who are you trying to kill)
