You seem like a good person. Your post on my other thread was flagged for inciting violence.

Also your signature is homophobic 🙃

Yikes. I guess all the folks on rheddt arent inciting violence then.

You are mad because you are angry.

I personally don't believe that he was shot from the back, but there are some interesting points brought up in the video.

1. why did his t-shirt move like that? I don't believe that bullet that supposedly came from the opposite side pierced through his shirt after his neck. The position of the shirt is "too low" for the bullet to go through it (unless he was shot literally from someone above him and bullet hit his scalp, exited through his neck, and then pierced his shirt - but that is obviously ridiculous). Regardless, the question about his shirt still remains.

2. Why did something that very much looks like blood (in low quantity tho) first appear at the back of his head, and only then we see the blood from the neck?

The reason I posted the video is not to spread "conspiracy theory" but to see what others have to say about those points.

I've seen it slowed many times any I'm not saying he was wearing a bullet proof vest but he may have had some sort of kevlar.

Reason being you see an impact in the chest area subsequently followed by his neck squirting blood almost instantaneously. A bullet could deflect upwards from his chest and sever an artery along the way out.

Haven't been paying much attention to media since this happened because it's all a toxic waste bin of shit.

Enough time has passed.

This dude grew up in Arlington Heights 45 minutes from where I'm from in Chicago. Guy would always go to universities with his "change my mind" cup and table and legit one camera dude. He would always make it fun and to be honest it's super sad to see what happened to him but not expected.

I told my dad, "This guy was at my university in 2009-2010 and he was stirring the pot. All in good fun and honestly most people ended up learning something. Dude didn't deserve death for simply wanting people to discuss things "out in the open" and not in places like this "internet chatrooms and vacuums" where you can get manipulated into doing dumb shit.

Sad to say this younger generation is just fodder for them. Total brain rot brain dead retards who will do anything for a like or a click but have no concept of morality, virtue, or other things that do matter.

Glad I never got on the bucket at Navy Pier like my Swami asked me to. I'd be dead like Charlie. Bunch of soft pussies who can't take a joke.

Thousands of people die every day. Multiple people have been assassinated. Why is the right treating this dude like some kind of messiah? The dude was a podcasting debater. He was no saint and the right treat him as if he was literally sent by Jesus.

- Christians have (falsely) claimed he will be joining Jesus during the rapture that was supposed to happen on the 23rd. Not a lot, but many believed this.
- The right compares him to MLK Jr. Not even close.
- FL is naming a street after him.
- Repubs want to enshrine him on a silver coin.
- Repubs want statues built of him on university campuses.
- They're demanding Kimmel donate to TP.
+ More I prob haven't thought of.

This is all so fucking embarrassing for America.

Turning Point USA is huge. It's been incredibly impactful. He was a 31-year old who created and led one of the largest political organizations in the last 50 years.

The fact that he believed wholeheartedly in debate makes it all the more tragic. Here was a guy who thought he could talk reason with people and find middle ground. Instead he was gunned down. The people left are upset and they're not as kind.

Here comes a guy who shatters the authoritarian spirit by embracing open debate.

illiberals: "nothing of value was lost"

Hell, wasn't the last championess of the democratic party someone who hid away from debate/interviews only taking pre-discussed questions? You'd think people would be enthusiastic of having more Kirk-like figures.

He didn't just casually take a knee.
"Go ahead guys, I'll catch up" lol
The POS did it during the national anthem on TV.
That is unprompted to you?

Interesting

I can't tell if his shirt moves first or his neck entrance wound appears first - that would perhaps indicate if the bullet indeed bounced off of his chest, but it all happens so fast, it's hard to tell.

But imo, the weapon he was shot with was of very high caliber, that weapon's bullet would probably just pierce the kevlar instead of deflect from it.
