Porterhouse, had one last night.
It's the best of both worlds, a strip and filet.

I dont really care, most prime cuts like new york strip, fillet mignon, top sirloin, ribeye etc are all great.

How they are prepared and the quality of steak is more important than the cuts themselves.

For the most part I’d agree with you, but imo a filet is always gonna be better than a sirloin, etc, assuming they’re prepared correctly ofc

If you eat steak every other day like I do then you will appreciate sirloin more.
