We used to do giveaways way back in the day! Though I must admit they were mostly b&p folks that would come in and do them! I won .32fg in an ^Xistz giveaway once! I still have the thread in my profile! :)
Exactly, the amount can be small.
Which makes even less sense they don't get done.
