Comparing ways to waste time is apples & oranges? You try way too hard to be anti-anything and Edgy. You haven’t even played the game yet you think it’s bad because why? Some streamer told you or something? You said it “looks boring”. This implies you haven’t even played it or you’d say it IS boring and now you are making a full leap to “bad” with absolutely zero experience.

Just played the first mission, I don’t like how I’m not in control of the shooting haha. That dreadnaught boss almost got me!

you are in control, it shoots at what is closest to you. so be close to what u want to shoot!

I’m getting the hang of it though, you gotta use your mining to navigate and kite monsters effectively, or so I think.

Have like 500+ hours into this. Game was so good I restarted my data a few times to have a fresh start. Definitely worth playing if u have game pass.

ya ive done a few survivor type games where you could aim, and it sounds nice but in practice is a nightmare. you're trying to move while navigating resources etc, and having to shoot at the same time is hard to make work. u end up missing too much and getting swarmed and dying earlier.

Yeah I see what you mean, I’ve played a few zombie games like that and eventually you get overrun

yup like resident evil games. herding them correctly is hard enough, then shooting makes it harder. and in survivor games you dont have as many AOE options like grenades, so u want to kill stuff as fast as you can to avoid swarming.
