Mmm yummy! Mine has monk fruit, syrup, vanilla extract and cinnamon! I love apple cinnamon porridge!

I've been meaning to give Monk fruit a try, I can't handle most artificial sweeteners so I figured I'd try that since it's of the Earth

Oh yeah, I'm the same way! Monk fruit to me is like a slightly less sweet sugar but it doesn't cause a sugar level spike!

That's cool that you make your own Stevia syrup! You can probably make your own monk fruit syrup as well! There's a few different forms of monk fruit that you can get!
