No its not making things easier. It makes people depend on it and use it as a tool for debates or understanding how the world works depending if it is Western Centric, Sino Centric, South Asia centric etc etc view.

Almost all push back against the suspension comes from Democrats, media organizations, and free speech advocates. No notable Republicans have given out against the firing/suspension.

Supposedly network heads had a call with Kimmel and asked him to issue a minor apology and tamp down on the crazy, and he vowed to go on his show that night and double down and blame MAGA for everything. No exacts of his plan, but sounds like he got removed more for what he planned to do

Kimmel was fired because he was defaming the Kirk family and mis representing the facts of the murder. ABC will see a lawsuit from this and they just paid trump like 16 million for a defamation lawsuit which he won. ABC also now faces their fcc license getting revoked for broadcasting information harmful to public health. It’s amazing what you can know when you look at actual journalists reporting the facts.
