I’m not an admin, but I guess I can explain.

In terms of forum rules, if someone post in your topic and you quote him in less then 4 hours is considered an early bump as you genuinely bumping your topic to the top of the list. As you said, you even quote a second person shortly after that.

The correct channel for this would be General Help or messaging a staff member associated with that forum.

The reason your topic was closed is becauze 2 back-to-back posts within 4 hours is an early bump. You would need to reply to both in the same post or edit it in. You are allowed to reply to users posts but can't have 2 back-to-back posts within 4 hours.

Basically if two people comment on your thread, you need to quote them both in the same reply
