i paid a lot for a similar one at least

How much did you pay? And what build are you using it for?

i paid 120 i think but mine doesnt have repl life which makes it even more valuable (replife is wanted in duel since you arent allowed to use health pots)
also yours has more life
so id say yours is like 500 ish

melee chars will use the fhr belts for breakpoints
resis arent as important since lld happens in normal mode

OW is not as effective they say
