I'm about to finish 99 on my Barb and want to Zon next, but I haven't played one in 20 years.

Does anyone have a link to a build or guide I can follow? I really don't know much about Zons, so I'm excited to give it a try.

The only PvM Zon guide on the sticky is from 2009. And it's ass.

I was worried about being oom all the time and needing Phoenix. This will be enough to keep me topped off?

Will I need more than one set of Titans? Or does it replenish enough?

I've seen a lot of Zons pretty much one-shotting mobs in P8 TZ 96, will this build do the same?

yeah the mana sustain is good. storm caster webs in cs might force you to pop a pot every now and then but that's it.

having two pairs won't hurt, especially if you use eth titans.

yeah dmg is obscene, particularly with the tstroke + rbf build

If I used rare +4/40ias rep javs, I could use Facet in helm, and I wouldn't need Highlords anymore?
What base jav's should I aim for?

only upside to using 4/40s is it allows you to get 99 fcr, which is a bigger deal in p1 than in p8. your damage and qol will suffer so I wouldn't recommend it over a standard 68 fcr build

So I want Highlords for IAS so I can facet Griffons? I guess the extra crit will help with ml.

Would you suggest lifer GCS for frw? Maybe a mix of both? I legit haven't created a Zon in 18-20 years so idk

Good advice here so far.

Id just add that u can keep Phoenix on CTA side to refill ur mana every now and then. All u lose is the +2 skill on BO.

Also if u ever do p1-p5 ish, u rly dont need an infy merc, and u can go insight coh cure merc. This rly makes it a brain dead chill farmer imo.

Ofc in p8 u would want infy merc



As for for skillers i definitely prefer lifers since i like to pvp on zon aswell.
But frankly for pve u wont need them, and u can just go frw ones.
