How's it going what are u replacing your time with? Training? May I recommend a long board and Slack line if in a sunny area along with other strength and conditioning training. Endurance/light weight training above heavy lifting, but a little bit of both mixed. Can being some good release of natural good mood chemicals tho with a lot(!) of physical activity throughout the day. Worth it imo, plus u get in shape
gym, mountain biking, hanging out with people from AA (that also have some sobriety time to their name - or more sobriety time than I have right now at least), eating healthy, I would say getting 8 hours of sleep, but my sleep doesn't seem very good the last 2 weeks. Most my heavy gym workouts are shoulders and chest, but dialing in a better back routine is happening also.
