I mean, it doesn't really matter who you pickup if the one of the options is zero points and a complete unknown going forward.
Reinjury risk is extremely high with Xavier, and if you know Andy like I do, he's going to be super limited for the next 3-4 games regardless of how healthy he is. Maybe even all the way to the bye in week 10 where they'll certainly reassess the situation.

Might as well get something you *need* now. Its not like he's dropping a WR1 to get a TE2 either, he's dropping arguably the 3rd or 4th option in this offense all things considered.

It's unclear if he's the Wr1 or not. He could be the top option over Rice. They haven't had a snap together since Worthy's breakout

Seems like the chiefs are going to not list him as out until last minute.

And then probably resist him as questionable again on Monday and just create a ton of headaches.

Even when he does come back he isn't going to be 100%

Making me think I should just drop him.

I want to make room to try to pick up Fannin

If your in the same league as me then yes you should drop him

Brother, it is in no way unclear. There is nothing uncertain about Rashee Rice being the clear cut #1 in this offense over everyone, including Kelce. Kelce is #2, and Xavier would need to split touches with Hollywood and Royals, with Royals being the 5th option in all of this.

Yes everything happens exactly as you expect in the NFL if you know ball

Uh, okay? Rashee Rice still the clear cut WR1 on this team though. Not Xavier.

It was a hard decision

Someone spent 60% of their FAAB to pick him up after I dropped him.

He was, before Worthy broke out.

The schemes that got Rice the ball in the intermediate levels of the field ended up being a big part of Worthy's game in the final 6 weeks of 24. 26% target share...

We really don't know what the offense is going to look like with both of them active now. I'm not sure Rice will be a clear alpha #1. I certainly wouldn't rank Kelce ahead of Worthy either. Royals is unproven, and Brown may still be a factor but clearly behind Worthy once he's healthy IMO.

De facto #2 target in KC, with #1 upside.

Worthy didn't break out, Worthy was the next guy into the role after Rashee was injured, and I'll remind you Hollywood was already out.
Worthy wasn't schemed into intermediate levels of the field. 407 of his 638 yards last year came after the catch

Rice is, without a doubt, the clear #1 target in this offense and that isn't debatable so I don't know why you're even trying to argue this, he's not even ahead of Kelce who had literally 35 more targets than worthy last regular season.

I'll state again so its clear, and this is inarguable, Worthy is at best the #3 target in this offense, and its a tossup between him and Hollywood for that spot, when everyone is healthy.
