All I'm saying is he was a racist. It's not even a matter for debate. It's a fact. Facts don't care about your feelings. Ben Shapiro taught me that one.

Interesting and does calling someone a racist seam like a win to you?

Now post the clip of Charlie saying that we should have public executions live on television. I'm serious. He said this. He was completely serious. It wasn't a joke and he made sure to let people know he wasn't joking, he even said kids should be able to watch it.

State congresswoman, no one knows her name. It was talked about at length, probably a never-Trumper, I'm worried about Icemage.

You are projecting a lot of things I never said. I'm also not a multi and mods can confirm it.

The guy I quoted said politicians only care about protecting politicians. I was simply pointing out that Kirk was not a politician and that an actual politician was murdered 3 months ago and no one here cared. As you just said, no one knows her name

So... since you don't have qualms with political violence does that mean you're fair game?

Watch out man! He keeps up with the drill scene in Chicago! He’s really tough!

I want to take this moment to remind everyone of the scripture's parables of John the Baker
For those who don't remember, "Papa" John Schnatter hired some DEI firm to do cultural sensitivity training at Papa Johns. To a normal person, being a room with literal DEI activists would put up immediate red flags and put you into a vigilant 'on guard' mode. Papa John told the DEI folks about how he thought it was so terrible how racist people were when he was growing up and how Colonel Sanders would call black people the n-word, except he actually said it. This is the moment that earned John the Baker his crucifixion. Was Papa John's sentiment even that objectionable? Naw. He didn't say something too terrible. Was he wrongly maligned and his career destroyed over a nothingburger? Sure. But one thing is undeniable: John Schnatter was a fucking moron who walked directly into the obvious trap

We've already seen something like 5+ stories of people being fired from their jobs for posting messages about Charlie Kirk on social media, ranging from celebrating his death to saying his death was wrong but calling him a shitbag at the same time. Either way, rightly or wrongly maligned, you'd have to be a moron to walk into this trap. But they just keep stacking up

To be honest if you can lose your job over making a joke about Charlie Kirk.. America truly has lost its goddamn mind. Oversensitive babies.

Trump makes jokes about killing people on national stage. His son joked about the guy who attempted to kill Nancy Pelosi's husband. This is just as American as it gets.

Quick reminder. His last words were "gang violence". He was trying to pivot a conversation about school shootings into anti-black propaganda. Lmao. And we all know it was a white dude that shot him too because this is Utah of all places.

A disproportionate amount of public violence in the US is gang-related. If we want a truthful picture of the scope of kids who snap and go on to spree kill their classmates and teachers, we must not conflate it with targeted killings happening in relation to gang-on-gang warfare. Both situations can be subsumed under the category "school shootings", but are very different in their nature and their causes.

By the way, why do you consider a mention of the term "gang violence" to be "anti-black propaganda"?

In any case, you still just don't get it: no words or speech can justify a cold-blooded murder.
Plus, even if Kirk somehow "deserved it", such an attack still needed to be condemned because nothing good can possibly come out of such a drastic erosion of civility. If political disagreements are no longer settled by debates and elections, by a public competition to win over the hearts and minds of the people, if political outcomes are instead determined by who has the bigger goon squads, better snipers or larger ammo stockpiles, society is doomed.

I agree with you.

Also because he has historically used that talking point and we all know some white conservative dude talking about "gang violence" is talking about black Americans. Do not be dense, bro. Just be honest.

Are black Americans overrepresented among gang members while white and asian Americans are underrepresented, yes or no?
You're trying to twist a sober, factually correct argument into some sort of nefarious, racist dog-whistle.
